DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The room had 1 lamp, the outlets did not work honestly we thought this was a fire hazard. The tv at first had no signal then we found the cable not attached come to find out because it wouldn’t shut off and the volume didn’t work. The door did not lock only had a chain lock on the door. It was the most horrible stay we have ever had EVER!!! Needless to say we will never stay here again and everyone we know will know about it!!!!

Either they are newly-opened and haven't fixed everything yet, or they don't really care. Walls, doors, curtains, carpet, lampshades all show as unfinished and/or wear and tear. Dust 'bunnies' are hanging from the ceiling. The "complimentary breakfast" is a joke, unless you like coffee. (see pic) Thank goodness there's a Denny's next door For my room specifically, the TV didn't turn on, there was no 'do not disturb' sign (I had to get one from the front desk), no tissue box, and the light switch next to the door did NOT turn any light on so I had to fumble in the dark before finding a lamp to turn on. Kicker was that my room key did not open the side door on my 2nd and 3rd nights and did not open my room on the 3rd night - had to go to the front desk to get it re-keyed.

The front desk check in guy w a s amazing. Very nice. Room was old and unkept, stain on carpet? Could hear guest above us and besides us. Breakfast was a yourgurt. And a fruit bar with a sign that inventory was extremely limited.

Had bed bugs in both beds. Had to call the front desk at 1:00AM. They came and saw the bed bugs. Told us that there are no rooms available. Since it was 1:00AM at night we could not find any other place that was available. We had to sleep in the car. This place is really that bad!!

Door key didnt work and we had to walk back to the front desk several times to get in the room. Denied toilet paper after asking the first time. Was eventually provided toilet paper after asking again. Multiple cops interviewing people who were staying at the hotel (I didnt even want to know why). Vending machines were taped off. The list continues... just be careful.

First room we were in had bedbugs. Second room we were in the bed had a dip in the middle of it. The water pressure for the shower was horrible. Definitely needs a remodel. The walls had cracks in it.
