8/10 Good
"I needed a hotel, near LAX, for the last night of my trip to LA. I was pleasantly surprised with this Hilton. The staff were pleasant, the room was spacious & very clean. I arrived exhausted, at the end of a very busy trip, and this hotel really provided a comfortable environment. Highly recommended…"

4/10 Poor
"We experienced several issues during our stay. The WiFi did not work on the TV, which was inconvenient. The hallway trash was overflowing for 3 days before changing! We were also informed that housekeeping services would only be available after the third day of our stay. We checked in on Thursday and checked out on Monday, so by Saturday we had already met that requirement. However, when we requested cleaning service on Saturday, we were refused and told we had not stayed long enough, which was incorrect. Additionally, we were not provided with fresh towels during our stay and were expected to use the same four towels for five days, which is not acceptable. Overall, this experience did not meet basic hospitality standards, and we would appreciate this being addressed."
