The shower tub and the sink both drained extremely slow. The internet was weak and the television never linked or synced to any WiFi or devices Bed was decent. Great location Continental breakfast was $11… go to IHOP a block away.

Hotel was ok with amenities but unfortunately I was given a first floor right in front of where housekeepers work and there was noise outside at 8 a.m. I wanted to sleep more. Pillows were uncomfortable I woke up with a headache. Other than that would've been nice to have complementary breakfast but wasn't the case.

There were roaches in our first room so they switched us to a different one and then the sheets in the second one were filthy in multiple places. It also says it’s a 9 minute walk to Universal but it’s a mile and a half away so definitely not 9 minutes. The staff was friendly but the place did not feel safe for my friend and I and we will definitely not be back.
