Overdue for some renos
Great location to access the attractions of St Kilda with 3 cafes and a pharmacy in close walking distance. The lifts were slow or unpredictable with the card detection. The bathroom shelf is angled so that your products fall off into the sink/toilet which happened both in places! Our room was at the end of a hallway and the a/c had a lot of dodgy noises when it was on making it hard to sleep. Reception was 24/7 and helpful when we needed them. Coffee at the cafe is adequate with great service. If you want room service, the room needs to be empty early on in the day otherwise your room won't get serviced. Overall we got what we paid for and can't complain too much.

Excellent customer service - extra pillows, phone charger and bottle opener delivered cheerfully upon request. Check in process a breeze. Early check in not possible and cafe not open long hours so couldn’t use VIP voucher. Pillows terribly thin and bed not particularly comfortable. Bathrooms very dated and shower intensity lacking. Bathroom tap sprays on use. Toiletries divine! Love staying at this venue as the staff are so friendly and the rooms very clean. Excellent location and common areas very clean and well cared for. Pricing reasonable for what is delivered. Will definitely be back!
