I wish I would’ve gotten their names, but everyone was so welcoming at the front desk! The room was always tidy when I came back, and the continental breakfast was good! I had an eventful weekend with the BTS concert, but the staff here made this hotel seem like home. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

The Kinzie is located in a convenient location. Easy walking to several great dining and social spots. I used valet parking but there are also self parking garages very close. The rooms and spacious and comfortable. Room amenities are up to date. I didn’t have a view from my room, but that didn’t take away from the comfort. The continental breakfast was a perk not offered in most hotels. Although I did not attend, there is an evening reception daily.

The hotel itself was fine... clean and comfortable. The free continental breakfast was rather lacking. Overheated prewrapped sandwiches and not much else. The neighborhood is the real issue. Very noisy all night with loud music and noisy cars all night long.. not their fault, but sound proofing the rooms against outside noise would be a definite plus.
