Nice Stay
My stay was great. The hotel was clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool and view. Laurie (I believe that was her name) was very pleasant and ensured that our needs were met. The hotel is in close proximity to various attractions, eateries, etc.

Nice property in very bad neighborhood
The property is exceptional. The staff uniformly friendly. Sadly, the surrounding are is not desirable. It does not seem safe. Also, very loud due to traffic and sirens (I was on 8th floor - of 9) and it was often very loud. There was security present, but they seemed like they didn't care nor did they seem alert. Finally, the designated smoking section was the primary path from the parking lot so often you had to walk past multiple people smoking. During the day, there was a noticeable smell of marijuana. I would not stay there again because of the location.

One night
The lobby was nice. I had room 402 and it was facing a homeless shelter and a hospital. There were sirens and screaming all night. The water in the shower did not get very hot but the sink did. I cut my foot on a shard of glass that was in the carpet. The toilet ran and made dripping noises all night. I did not attempt to contact the front desk about any of my issues since only the noises were interfering with sleep and by that point it was already well into the night. Definitely not a pleasurable stay, but it was affordable and the bed was comfortable

Off beaten path
Flew in for a conference and didn’t want to pay prices for hotel near convention but this was an amazing place to be for the price. Used Ride App to get where I needed to be but could have used public transportation as well nearby. Nice breakfast each morning and a restaurant inside the hotel. Was a bit noisy at times but due to the location, it was completely understandable. They do offer a shuttle to major spots in town that is beneficial. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooms were amazing and spacious.
