The public spaces are fun and gorgeous and the location is fantastic. That said, $1000 for a tiny room overlooking an alley was bad enough, but then to have an hour of dumpster pickup garbage truck noise from 3-4am and an entirely non soundproof window was absolutely infuriating.

This was hands down one of the best hotel stays I have had. The facility was well maintained and clean, the staff were professional, prompt, and friendly, the valet service was prompt and friendly, the beds were comfortable and even the pillows were good. The only complaint I can drum up is that the rooms didn't have bathtubs, only showers, so if you were looking for a soak you would be disappointed. That said, excellent facility that I would absolutely stay at again.

MY girlfriends and I did a one-night staycation and had a great time. I was a little worried the room would be too small but it was very spacious and the two double beds were actually just fine for our purposes. We went to dinner nearby and walked to Millenium Park across the street. Great location and love Cindy's rooftop for drinks.

My suite Room was super sexy complete with a pommel horse at the end of the bed. The history was so rich throughout the beautiful old architectural gem! I especially loved the breakfast room , the food was awesome. The rooftop bar had amazing views and the margs were not too shabby. Great vibe!!
