A nice quiet place. Very friendly staff. The inside of room was upgraded new and clean. The windows need a deep cleaning or replaced. The door going to the balcony is old and heavy. The outside curb appeal makes the place look bad. Maybe they will update when finished inside.

Older Daytona hotel but rooms are super big, beds comfy with full kitchen. Employees were so nice and the bathrooms may need updating in the future, but I will stay here in the future. Went to Rockville 2025 and only about a 16 min drive to and from the speedway.

Everything about this hotel was lovely. The room exquisite and beautifully appointed. Would definitely come back. Only disadvantage was a lack of nice restaurants close by, but we took a LYFT to Beach Deck and enjoyed our meal.

We have stayed here but over 10 yrs ago. No one told us the hotel was going through extensive repair from last years hurricane and age! This is anacceptable and we would have never stayed if we knew. There was a lot of outside construction going on and debri everywhere. The outdoor pools are not heated and were in the mid 70's. Unacceptable for floridians!

It’s an old hotel and needs quite a bit of upkeep. But it appears the new management is working on it. Definitely bring some cleaning wipes to wipe everything down. There was hair all in our shower. If you want an ocean front outside table get up early. Ppl will put their items on the tables at 4am and reserve them for days at a time. Overall, stay was good and very relaxing. Wld stay again. They offer donuts for breakfast. But flies/gnats were flying all over them. So we passed on the donuts. That is an Easy fix if management will do it.

My family stayed here for a quick overnight to soak up the beach. The ocean view kids suite was big enough for my family of 6 with some extra room. Beds were comfy and the kitchen set up would have made cooking in the room a breeze. We will be staying here in the future

The first cpl of days were ok. We reserved a cottage for 7 nights. Check-in was delayed by 45 minutes. We had a great view of the ocean. I had to request a coffee pot because the one in the room was filthy. The one I was given in replacement was even worse. We were not aware that the last days of our stay a party was scheudled at the resort. Parties are great, but not just outside my door. There were people not registered at the hotel everywhere outside where we were. VERY loud live music for hours into the night for two nights. Intoxicated people were everywhere being very loud. When I really wanted to just relax, there was no way at all to. When I asked the front desk about it they were a bit rude and stated it was Jeep Week and it was part of the event. I was there for Jeep Week, but the party at the hotel was not an official jeep week event as I consulted the scheduled every day. We were never made aware this was happening at the resort until it started. Parking was taken by people that were not guests of the hotel, even parking on the grass. While it started out ok, it ended very disappointingly. I'll absolutely be looking for another place to stay for next year's Jeep Beach Week.

Our room was very good but the outside of the resort needs a lot of work.There is no water hose bib to wash your feet off when you come off beach.You end up with sand I your room every day.

I have to say. The room was nice until I saw the roach and nats that didn’t go away. I am not the type to freak out when I am Alone but if I was when my wife she would have had a heart attack. Was unable to cool the room to my likening even having the air in 60 for two days. Michelle up front was extremely awesome and delightful. She definitely an A ++
