Knew it was cheap………….
Load music late into the night from outside bars. Peeling paint on ceiling and stains on ceiling, broken doors and blinds. Very very sparse furniture.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is within walking distance to most of what downtown has to offer. The only thing lacking is furniture to sit on in the living room. Other than that, highly recommend. Parking was reasonably priced too.

Stay was fine. The apartment was clean and had what we needed. I was disappointed that the coffee maker did not work but they were able to replace it so I had one for the following morning. It would have been nice to have curtains since many of the verticale blinds were broken so there was quite a bit of light from the city/sunrise. There was none working at concierge to let us in but fortunately one of the apartment’s residents took it upon herself to help us get in. That complex has a city market attached which was VERY helpful. The communication from the Frontdesk staff was good and all instructions were spelled out clearly. Overall the accommodations were adequate and the cost was more reasonable than comparable hotels.

My stay at this location came with a few hard hits. Piss all over the hallways & elevator entryways. key fobs needed for entry don’t work and they will not replace it. I had to wait outside the property for as long as it took for someone to hopefully come down and open the door. Large chunk of PAINT from the ceiling fell on my two other guests, so we could not use the second room provided to us. When I notified front desk, they did NOTHING to assist and gave me no real compensation for these issues. I would NOT stay here if you’re looking for a comfortable trip
