An Opinion
They need to complete the construction on property that has been sitting since Covid. The main building is nice but the outer buildings are in need of updating. However, for the price, worth the stay. The area around the village is certainly not very nice.

Ok entry level hotel
The hotel has nice pools and the rooms are spacious. The lobby is very industrial and doesn’t offer a nice sitting ambience, the reception staff isn’t very friendly. Everyone is just hustling along. It’s a busy location, especially considering it’s a timeshare location. I’m glad they don’t push any sales into you. The maintenance staff was polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary features and items for the kitchen. The walls are paper thin and you will hear every noise, Including cleaning, vacuuming, Steps, Kids yelling, Conversations, and etc. the AC unit in our room made a long noises every time it was gearing up through the night. We thought we were waking up to birds in the room. The window treatments could be better, and give more black out since the patio lights and pool lights stay on all night. Overall, the pools and spacious room were the best feature. Will not be staying again.

Rooms great parking is a nightmare!
The room was great once we finally got it. The first room we got wasn’t correct and had to wait to be relocated. Parking was a nightmare took 30mins just to find a spot. Once we were in the correct room the place was great. Super clean. If parking wasn’t an issue I would rate it a 5star

Ghetto Place
This place is ghetto. Most of the clientele is undesirable. Men partying and smoking pot outside. The room above us had little children running amok jumping on beds, dragging furniture around the screaming. They were unsupervised. I presume their parents were in the room across the hall. This went on from 10:30-1:30 in the morning. My husband called the front desk to complain at 1:30 am. The noise seemed to die down around 1:45. Ugh! Needless to say we got very little sleep.

Great place and great hospitality
Our stay was great! Both suites had everything we needed. Giovanni at check was absolutely fantastic, he was informative, friendly and detailed! The rooms were spotless and the property itself had lots to do . Even check out was quick and easy. I believe it was a property manager that helped me, i hate that i didnt catch his name. He had on a burgundy long sleeve shirt, and great energy with a smile! I loved my stay and look forward to stayong again later this year!

The only issue we had was check in. I modified my reservation a day earlier and it delayed the check in. There was a problem with our key. The key card they gave us worked in the room next to us. We called the front desk and they said just stay in that room. After being in the room for 3 hours we get a call from someone at the property saying we were in the wrong room. I informed them that someone on there staff told us not to move our room and stay in the room. They did accommodate us but when we got back from pool we were locked out of room. Took 30 minutes for security to open door and about 30 minutes after that someone from resort brought up a new key. After that we had no issues and had a great stay. We enjoyed our stay at this facility and will return next year.
