The rooms are super clean. The pool water was a beautiful color and clean. Everyone was having a great time. The staff at check in ans around the property was extremely nice. There was a great amount of shopping locations and restaurants. Theme attractions are very close. If you are in a room with firework view its a magical view. Great place to stay.

Nice resort with a fun pool. It is a large facility but I never experienced an excessive wait at the front desk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking does get very full at night and we had to park some distance from our room one night. With a grocery store, Walmart, many restaurants and shopping located within about a mile, it would be an excellent place for an extended stay. There is an extra charge for housekeeping during the stay. Convenient to Disney and Sea World. .Universal is farther away.

We had a nice time at this resort. The staff at check-in was very nice and welcoming. The apartment itself was spacious for my family and clean. The kids loved the pool. Close to shopping...The only reason that I did not give excellent was due to the lack of heads up on parking and options. Also, the moment we stepped off the elevator onto our floor, we were hit with a very strong odor of mold and mildew. Our apartment did not smell of this, but the hallway was unbearable. It caused me to flare up. Hopefully, they replace the carpet. However, with all of that being said, we will definitely try them again!
