Everything was amazing other than teenager knocking at our door in the evening and running but security took care of that and didn’t hear any more that night. Thank you

I understand others are here to stay also. But screaming till 1am, and starting again at 5, means no one else got the sleep we paid for. So I’m surprised there is no “quiet time” since family’s with small children would like them to sleep.

Great mini vaca!
Our overnight stay was a great mini getaway. Kids a a great time! We arrived at 11am on a thursday during the kids winter break and was given a room right away which was a pleasant surprise. The waterpark was fun! Not overly crowded for winter break which was nice. We waited on average 20 mins or so for the family slide. The individual slide wait time went faster. Hotel room was very clean and renovated! The breakfast buffet was convenient but if possible I wouldn't waste the money. Will not be doing that again. The food at the park was average and the service was slow but nothing that we didnt expect. My 6 year old loved having some time in the acarde. Overall the kids had a wonderful time. If I could change anything I would ask the park to invest in better tubes for the lazy river. They need pool noodles or something you can float on and still be in the water.

When the ref is open, we saw the freezer part is not clean, looked like frozen spills from something. Dust everywhere, from TV stand to table. Other than that, our stay was good.

Not great.
90 percent of staff were absolutely miserable. The restaurant hotel took way longer than I have ever experienced. The waterpark was fantastic, but the actual hotel and staff were honestly horrible.

Cold water, poor management, no quality standards
Water in the water park was freezing cold. Parking lot was an ice rink although it hadn’t snowed in a week. We told the front desk on check in that the parking lot needs salt and they stated “I know it does but there is nothing I can do about that, I’ve only worked here two weeks and don’t know who takes care of it”. Save your money and go to great wolf lodge. Water park was not busy but the lines for attractions were long due to not many tubes and broken equipment. They are running on a shoestring and should be embarrassed.

Stay away
Water park was small and crouded 40 todlers in a pool the size of an small inground pool. 25 kids in line for the qave ride. Food was what you would expect mass proccessed junk nothing healthy really available unless you left. The worst was the paper thin walls and plastic sheets. What you dont clean or you have bed bugs! Poor excuse for a resort. Save your money go to Pump House in Jay Peak VT.

This was our third time here. The beds were the worst beds I’ve slept on in any hotel this time and the bathroom had the walls peeling and a decent amount of mold around in different spots. This is also the only hotel that charges $5 for a bottle of water everywhere gift shops, vending machines, water park.
