I arrived at 2:30pm to check in. Despite only having one family in front of me, I had to wait for 15 minutes. The queue was massive when I left. The hotel was catered for families, so the room size is good. However, if you aren’t fond of screaming kids, stay away. The pool is nice. Best to visit it between noon and 3pm to avoid crowds. The shower facilities are a bit rundown though. Staff were patient and helpful. Finally, the spa should open 7 days a week during peak season.

Beautiful hotel and comfortable room... but staff sercice needs to improve. I arrived (heavily pregnant) and nobody offered to help me to the lift and they were not busy. Next morning (we needed to depart early) were handed back our car key but then had to search for our car... which isnt really valet parking. But overall a good stay and we would consider returning.
