Very disappointed in our King Deluxe Suite
The bed was disgusting. We paid for a King Deluxe Suite and turned back the sheets to get into bed at 11:30 pm only to find tons of gross stains everywhere. We called the front desk to get a change of sheets which took an hour because the front desk said there is only one person servicing over 400 rooms. A hour later someone left a bag of sheets on the doorknob that were WORSE. Dirty stains all over them-and the carpet, too. Just icky. The room had a 9.0/10. I do not understand how it is rated so well. Will not be back and would not recommend.
