Our stay at the InterContinental Boston was lovely! The hotel has a beautiful ambiance, and the customer service was excellent. I brought a few concerns to the attention of the front desk, and the team handled everything with professionalism and care. My husband’s status was honored, and we were also granted a late checkout, which we truly appreciated. The food was okay, but overall, the wonderful service and atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay.

This place was incredible! Super friendly and generous staff. Slept like a baby in a huge room (was upgraded for free to a suite with free breakfast too!). Loved the giant soaking bathtub in the room - which had a window to look across the room and out at the Boston harbor / seaport skyline. Super walkable- right across from the greenway. We had fun watching the Red Sox game at Biddie Earlie’s pub, and walked to the North End for an Italian Feast. Can’t wait to come back!

Our hotel stay was perfect. We loved the location. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Being able to take our car in and out of the garage without a penalty was nice. Calling to have the car ready was quick and efficient. Complimentary coffee near the restaurant was an added bonus. Lovely accommodations, would stay here again.
