This was a great location. Easy walking to the aquarium, long wharf, south station, fanueil hall. We took the T to the Charles river for a great walk along the esplanade. City and waterfront views are both great. We to the ferry from the Logan airport to the central wharf and easily walked with our luggage to the hotel.

Our stay at the InterContinental Boston was lovely! The hotel has a beautiful ambiance, and the customer service was excellent. I brought a few concerns to the attention of the front desk, and the team handled everything with professionalism and care. My husband’s status was honored, and we were also granted a late checkout, which we truly appreciated. The food was okay, but overall, the wonderful service and atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay.

This place was incredible! Super friendly and generous staff. Slept like a baby in a huge room (was upgraded for free to a suite with free breakfast too!). Loved the giant soaking bathtub in the room - which had a window to look across the room and out at the Boston harbor / seaport skyline. Super walkable- right across from the greenway. We had fun watching the Red Sox game at Biddie Earlie’s pub, and walked to the North End for an Italian Feast. Can’t wait to come back!

From the moment you enter the lobby, actually that's not true. The moment we pulled up and valet is right there to take your luggage, car and anything else you may need. Then you walk in and the lobby is so gorgeous, truly beautiful. Front desk was amazing, kind, warm and then we were upgraded to a suite. I can't tell you how important it is to register with IHG, the perks are truly worth it and it doesn't cost anything. We get to the room and it's so beautiful, with the view of the Boston Tea Party, are you kidding!? We were able to dine in the restaurant and the service is fabulous. They were short staffed and it took a little while to get our food but it was so worth the wait and the view if you choose to sit outside is truly wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel and if I ever find myself back in Boston, this is the place. Thank you Intercontinental Boston and staff!

Our hotel stay was perfect. We loved the location. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Being able to take our car in and out of the garage without a penalty was nice.
