The roof top pool and bar was a great asset to the Hotel, specifically on those hot days.

      Satisfied but not coming back

We should’ve paid way less for how much construction the hotel was under and how much was not open. The front desk was nice but took extremely long to check us in. Almost 30 minutes.

      Checked out after 2 Hours!!!

in at 2 out at 4!!!! Expensive hotel stay for nothing. Stayed 2 hours and left. Place totally under construction, nothing open , NO services at all. There was a notice about remodeling before checking in. But there was NO mention of NO services, no food, drink pool, bar, restaurant. Room i did get smelled of new paint and construction glue. One elevator worked and construction people were using it. Sat on bed and squeaked like rusty hinge. Was there for 2 hours and left, returned key, no refund, no apologies ... Nothing!!! Disaster....Close it down, do your total gut, then reopen.. This was disgusting!!!

Not a great experience under renovation.

i did not realize the hotel was under major renovations. The nice lady at the front desk informed me that they had posted the renovation, but I don’t remember seeing it when I booked it 10 days earlier on hotels.com. unfortunately it affected my stay as I drove all day to check in early to swim in the pool but the pool and entire rooftop was closed. The walk way to front desk was lined with cardboard for foot traffic, nothing was open in the hotel. even my floor had tacked on room numbers in laminated paper. (why was-my floor under renovation too?). on site parking was closed so i had to park in a metered spot across the street. Luckily it was the weekend so I did not have to pay the meter. The room was big and bed was comfy but unfortunately it wasnt a great choice. . I normally avoid hotels under reno as I like to use all amenities including pools. Im not convinced that they posted their renovations before I booked?? since they still doubled their prices for the Memorial holiday weekend, paying $311 for that stay was way overpriced this time. The clerk said I could cancel my reservation but they have a cancellation fee (1st nights stay) Since I would only stsy one night and nothing else was available due to holiday (literally all but Ritz Carlton were booked solid!) I stayed. athe location of this hotel is perfect downtown. too bad the rest of the experience did not match for me.

      Parking issue

Due to the unavailability of valet. I was advised that would have to park off site. Because of this inconvenience. I was alarmed to see tgat my car was severely damaged and unable to be driven home.

Disaster. They are renovating. Stay away.

This hotel was disgusting and was in the middle of a renovation. This was our first trip in a year of Covid and our first night away from full time with all three kids since March 2020. This is a price we would pay for a mid-range hotel anywhere in the world and it was worse than a roadside motel on a backroad country road. The furniture was stained and broken. The lobby, elevator and halls were under full renovation (which we did not know). We will never stay at a Hotel Indigo again anywhere in the world. Just for a little extra dig, parking was offsite. The only positive was the location.
