**Disappointing Experience**
The location of the hotel is convenient as it’s close to the subway, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The staff at the hotel were poorly trained and failed to inform us about important details, like the fact that breakfast was not included in our stay.
During a previous stay at a hotel in Brussels, we were clearly informed that breakfast wasn’t included, but the staff kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast. However, at this hotel in Paris, there was no such communication. We unknowingly picked up our breakfast and were about to start eating when a staff member quietly asked for our room number. We were confused and decided to check with the reception, only to find out that breakfast was not included. We left without eating, but to our frustration, we were still charged for it. This incident spoiled our vacation.
Additionally, the room itself was lacking essential amenities. There was no iron, refrigerator, or closet, which are expected in a four-star hotel. Overall, I would rate this hotel two stars instead of the three it claims to be.
