Not enough room to 'swing a cat'
Room was like a cell; hardly able to turn round, same with the shower.

Room was a little tight with our baggage (two weeks worth). Reasonable distance to both Victoria and Paddington stations.

Great area, price and clean
Check in was dreadful as we waited for over twenty minutes to have someone appear at the front desk. We were antouch early for check in so left our bags and came back after lunch. Everything else was wonderful

Exceptional 10.0
Great customer service, clean, and prime location
We got to the lovely and clean hotel lobby early, after a long flight, and the attendant was kind enough to allow us early check in at no additional cost! The room was clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for touring all major attractions in London.

A very comfortable stay
Good sized room with comfortable bed and climate control. I needed to leave before breakfast to make a which is served between 07:30-09:30 Mon-Fri and 08:00-10:00 Weekends/Bank Holidays.

Fair 4.0
Fine amenities, terrible for quiet sleeping
Walls are paper thin...the guest next to my room checked in after midnight, slamming his door shut then passed out and it felt like I was in the same room as him as I could clearly hear his snoring which kept me up all night. When ever someone showers, my room in particular sounded like bubbling from Charlie in the chocolate factory was going that was fun when several guests showered at 2 and 3 in the morning. Needless to say I got very little sleep here.

A good value relatively modern for the area hotel

This was an excellent value for money (for London) family room. 4 single beds, very basic but comfortable. Smallest area I’ve ever seen for breakfast but a reasonable choice toast, croissant , scrambled eggs, cold baked beans, cheese, cereal, yoghurt, fruit and tea/coffee/juice
