Não foi bem o q eu esperava.
O chalé q reservei estava mal conservado. Moveis quebrados, chuveiro fraco, fio elétrico aparente, cheiro de mofo! Nao deram outro quarto, que de fato era bem novo, chuveiro e cama excelente. Mas, apesar de ser Campos do Jordão, a noite com tudo fechado, ficou quente e não tinha ar-condicionado! O pior foi que passamos 3 dias lá e não houve limpeza do quarto, nem troca de toalhas. Devido ao clima frio, ficou tudo úmido! Apesar das reclamações sobre as instalações, o rapaz do atendimento é a gerente foram muito legais e cordiais! E o café da manhã é SENSACIONAL!

Está pousada é incrível! Tem um espaço no geral muito bonito e limpo, vista maravilhosa e aconchegante, o quarto que ficamos maravilhoso também, e preciso exaltar o café da manhã, um buffet diverso, completo, e de muita qualidade além das opções que podemos solicitar que sejam feitas na hora, não posso esquecer de elogiar o atendimento de todos da pousada. Sobre a localização fica a poucos minutos do centro de Campos, para quem está de carro é ótimo, próximo tem um restaurante. Muito obrigada a todos da pousada! Eu quero muito voltar.
