Vivian was great at check in. rooms are clean fresh. bedding was comfy. there are plenty of places to eat around. my only wish is that there was a microwave. all of the good food portions, i had plenty of leftover that were hard to warm up.
Fyi- the loft area is pretty cool! whoever stays up there should be agile, at least enough to climb ladder. would stay again

What an amazing location hidden in the Old San Juan district. An unusual name, but the amenities and the immersion into the community and the feeling of enjoyment from being there is like no other experience I've had on previous trips to Puerto Rico and I am certain to return to this hotel in the future

We really enjoyed our stay here overall. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The walls are paper thin though, so God help you if the power goes out and you lose the ambient noise of the AC. Would most likely stay again.
