Great location right above a mall and across the road from the Wanchai MTR station. Lovely modern room. I was right next to the lift so was worried it would be noisy but it was absolutely quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean, housekeeping had done an exceptional job in keeping my room clean and tidy. Hotel Lobby staff is friendly and helpful. Staff on the 18/fl was exceptionally courteous, diligent and organized.
The only drawback was the inconvenience of getting to my room via different elevator rides. It was quite confusing for senior travellers.
