The building is newly made so the rooms and lobby are nice and clean. Though the rooms are super small, the photos given make them look big. Also the washrooms require better ventilation. The staff was very helpful and great at their job, specially the receptionist named Kooroosh!

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Turkey. It’s a very pleasant hotel despite the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Koorosh one of the staff members even helped me carry my luggage to the bus stop. Thank you very much 🙏

Hotel was very clean, almost brand new. Staff were very very helpful and friendly. Omar was very welcoming while checking us in and also assisted us in booking a taxi to the airport. There was nothing we needed that they couldn’t help us with. Definitely coming back soon.

I found the room good.
I thought there would have been a sort of “lounge” area where one could sit, microwave food.
Staff, with the exception of the gentleman who leaves at 9pm we’re not aware of their neighborhood or even the Taxim area.
The day shift gentleman was exceptionally helpful and well informed. He was aware of customers needs. Couldn’t have managed without him!!!
