May 24, 2026Thos hotel was heaven. . Close to taksim and sultanahmet but not in the thick of it. The room was beautiful, and the staff at reception were exceptional. . . Only deduction in score was for small bath towels . . .everything else was above expectation

Jul 7, 2025We loved staying here. Loved the personalized welcome note with cookies. Every inch of our corner suite was beautifully designed. The property is brand new and the location can’t be beat. The a la carte breakfast was well rounded. I personally would have liked more sliced, cut fruit options but that does not detract from the property in my eyes. Great dining options and shopping are nearby. It’s a busy area, if you’re a light sleeper requests a higher floor. Last but not least the staff are courteous and absolutely made our stay more enjoyable.

Jul 14, 2026We had a fantastic stay at Casa Foscolo Hote and I genuinely couldn't recommend it enough. The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are spacious, modern and spotlessly clean and the location is perfect for exploring Istanbul with Galata Tower and so many great cafés and restaurants just a short walk away.
What really made our stay stand out though was the team. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful from start to finish. We had a small administrative issue with some charges during our stay, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently over email and WhatsApp. The communication was excellent and the team couldn't have been more accommodating, which gave us complete confidence that everything would be sorted.
It's rare to find a hotel with both beautiful interiors and genuinely exceptional service, but Casa Foscolo Hotel delivers both. I would happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Mar 19, 2026As a dedicated student of art history, I travelled to Istanbul with one goal: to finally experience the magnificence of the Hagia Sophia with its 1.500 years of excellence in architecture and art.
Naturally, I needed to stay in a hotel that placed an equal importance on art, and I am beyond happy I chose Casa Foscolo, who did not disappoint!
From the special little in-house book store with an emphasis on art, to the art exhibited throughout the hotel, to the eye for design, to the knowledge of Bilal at the front desk who was excited to share his expertise - it was perfect.
As a solo woman traveller, I felt so well-received and treated with incredible warmth and kindness by all. The housekeeping was excellent, the room impeccably clean. The breakfast restaurant staff was so kind, all smiles - I loved the menemen and the great coffee! Thank you especially Seher Abdullah Ahmet!
Bilal at the front desk also needs a special mention. My very first evening he recommended the best dürüm I have had in my life with the salty ayran to drink. After that I walked to view the Hagia Sophia from the outside and arrived right after Friday prayers in the middle of Ramadan with happy children filling the square in the frosty March night. It was magical.
I am beyond grateful I got to spend my very first time in Istanbul with Casa Foscolo as my safe, and beautiful, and kind home base. I can't wait to come back!
