Amazing location, cute rooms with loft beds. My kids and I loved it. The balcony was great. There were sound machines in the room but the music from the street and bars wasn’t bad. It’s lively and quite nice. Great food all around and it’s walking distance to everything in Old San Juan.

Location is superb if you are looking for a place where the heart of the action is in Old San Juan. It's right by the best bars, cafes, and restaurants in the area. With that said, it could get loud at night, but I did not have any troubles getting a good night's sleep as my room was farthest away from the stteet. Everything was clean, microwave right outside the rooms, and fridge in the room worked well.

The room was clean and small (we knew that going into it). The staff was responsive and communicative. The WiFi was okay- worked most of the time. The AC was amazing. We were on the third floor which was quite a hike but we knew that going into it. They provided beach towels and luggage storage after our stay which was super helpful!

Pros: right downtown. Great water pressure in the shower. Hot water. Not expensive. Good a/c. You get what you pay for. Cons: The bathroom is VERY small, so if you are tall you will need to sit sideways to use the toilet. Can get loud at night because right un downtown Old San Juan, but they do provide ear plugs.
