When we arrived at that hotel on the forays day, we had a difficulty to check in because we didn’t know that system well. BGC in itself was a great location. The downside was inside the unit. The A/C was not working properly. And the worst part was the beddings were filthy. I found buggers on sofa bed ( i have pictures) and wish i can upload it. It was a horrible 5 days stay in this place.

Although I paid in full prior to arriving, and a couple of hours after check in time I was still forced to wait 2 hours to gain access to the room. I will never under any circumstances recommend anyone stay there. The customer is totally unimportant to them, but your money is welcomed.

Property meaning the place itself is ok the unit though in south V 7 needs some cleaning.. sheets were nasty with stains and the kitchen was filthy.. I had to clean it myself..there were 8 7 cockr that I had to exterminate myself. Hallway needs AC some elevator were non functional.. it could be better

Highly advised to be aware of some cockroaches, we encountered 2 when we were staying for 2 nights. Can be quite loud due to the place being close to the mall. Highly suggest for the management to give elevator passes to guests for additional security.

Property location is very good. Place is located in the 21st floor where you get a nice view of Uptown BGC. The room needs some insect treatment since there were some bugs by the bathroom and kitchen. Overall, the property is very good and highly recommended.
