Customer service not included 🛎️ ☎️
Slight but serious issue with booking as Hotels.com didn’t have multiple Hound Hotels listed like Busan. Big location issue so contacted the hotel immediately but no answer ☎️ Contacted Hotels.com by chat and they couldn’t reach the hotel after multiple attempts. A final attempt got through but futile, as the hotel stated they cannot communicate in English. Why on Hotels.com 🤷🏻♂️
Maybe they need someone to refer to in these situations 🇺🇸 🇬🇧
Hotels.com said they would follow up by email within 72 hours, which they didn’t.
Room fairly spacious but bed quite uncomfortable.
Bidet in bathroom 🚽 but towels directly above toilet 🚽
Bit of a pet peeve as one doesn’t know which was cleaned first.
No one at front desk when checking in or when we came down for breakfast. Guess we know why no one answers the phone ☎️
Breakfast in the adjacent building so you may have to go outside. Fairly good. No staff so you help yourself.
Even with the booking issue, I was attempting to keep my business 💰 with Hound hotels 🏨 Stayed in a Hound hotel in Busan with a much better experience. Standard of service was so poor here that not only would I not return, I’d be unlikely to choose other Hound hotels 🏨
