I had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, and clean. The complimentary shuttle service to the BTS and Siam was a wonderful convenience, making it easy to explore the city without hassle. The staff were consistently polite and spoke English, which made communication smooth.

The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
There’s a free shuttle bus to Ratchathewi and ICON Discovery, which made getting around super easy.
The hotel is also close to a night market, which was a big plus — I had the best Pad Thai of my life there.
The breakfast was amazing as well, with lots of choices and great quality.
Overall, a very comfortable stay with great service, convenient transport, and excellent food. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing straff and great room. The room was tooloud though, both from the hallway but also noises inside the room, like the AC and random sounds from the bathroom.

Overall a pleasant stay, comfortable bed, complimentary early check in after my long flight which was a plus and help with my bags was appreciated. However, a few things could have been improved. The shower was lukewarm and I couldn’t seem to get it any hotter, the pool area had a lot of spiders webs, the glass balcony needed cleaning/repairs and the pool was very cold considering the weather in Bangkok. I also tried to get the free shuttle to Phaya Thai but the wait was so long I gave up and just walked instead. Other than those minor things it was a comfortable stay for a few days.

Erinomainen ja aivan uusi hotelli. Hotelli on todennäköisesti rakennettu vuonna 2025, joten se on todella moderni ja tuore. Palvelu toimi hyvin koko vierailumme ajan.
Olimme hotellissa neljä yötä uudenvuoden aikaan. Hotellin 23. kerroksessa järjestettiin uudenvuoden bileet, ja sieltä oli upeat näkymät ilotulituksiin. Siivous toimi moitteettomasti, ja myös sijainti on oikein hyvä.
Kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin mukava ja laadukas hotelli, jossa viihdyimme hyvin.
