Great overall facilities, excellent staff and service. Restaurant service and food was great.
Shower design allowed for too much water to get onto the marble floors and lighting in the bathrooms wasn't sufficient, but otherwise the room was great.

From the moment i arrived, greeted by Plan, the warm reception team, Ms Gina at breakfast, and all the bar and wait staff at Speakeasy, plus the housekeepers ar 5 star too!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The esthetics are so beautiful and well thought out. I love the presentation for the drinks served, even the welcome drink is serves with a twist and a cute key. Special Thank You to Arm and Antonio they both went above and beyond to assist us. They made our first trip to Bangkok so memorable. I must say that ALL of the staff was very kind!
