Estive já algumas vezes neste hotel, mas o que me chateou na estadia da semana passada foi que me colocaram em um quarto com uma porta que me parecia já ter sido arrombada, além disso fiquei em uma parte do hotel que me pareceu muito antiga, As janelas dos quartos não fechavam completamente, eram de vidros grandes, porém travadas e não pude fecha-las por completo. Mesmo o clima estando quente eu tive que dormir com cobertas, porque o quarto era bem gelado. A janelinha do banheiro também estava travada e ficou aberta durante a noite, A porta do banheiro de vidro não parava fechada, o que tornou a minha noite bem ruim e barulhenta, porque vinha muito ruído de fora por estas janelas. No outro dia o checkout seria as 12h00 e pedi o favor de ficarem com a minha mala e que eu retornaria por volta das 16h30 para buscá-la. A recepcionista me informou que eu não poderia deixar a minha mala na recepção, mas que poderia deixa-la no quarto, mas que para isso eu teria que desembolsar R$ 100,00, por estas 4 horas e meia em que a minha mala ficasse lá. Conclusão levei a mala comigo

Hotel muito antigo, ja tem partes reformando e outras já reformadas. Considero condições gerais a desejar. Funcionários indiferentes aos hospedes. A Recepção atende de forma muito rápida e sem muita atenção. Café da manhã simple ( não seria um problema) mas o ovo mexido frio e demais tudo razoável. O quarto é simples e as roupas de cama e toalhas estavam limpas. TV funcionando bem. Mas as portas do quarto emperravam um pouco e acabavam incomodando quando outros hospedes fechavam as portas. Me hospedei dois dias para participar de um congresso na Expo e tem facilidade de chegar. Mas não voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel. No geral, achei muito desproporcional comparado a outros hotéis nessa faixa de valor.

Estava viajando a passeio com minha esposa, e minha mãe. Hotel fica muito Bem localizado. Funcionários prestativos , quarto limpo. Único ponto negativo, foi o barulho intenso a noite , o que me fez ficar sem dormir em uma das noites . Mas isso é mais culpa dos outros hóspedes do que do hotel . Meia noite e pessoas papeando nos corredores , porta batendo , campainha tocando com som bem alto. Enfim, indico o hotel , talvez eu não tenha dado sorte na localização do meu quarto .

Hotel ok. Passamos somente uma noite, o quarto é muito confortável. Descansamos bem. Os únicos pontos ruins dele são que não possui telefone para falar com a recepção, caso queira falar com eles precisa ir até lá e também não possui frigobar. Sobre o estacionamento achei importante informar que o hotel não possui vaga interna e coberta para todos os hóspedes, se o seu carro chegar e não tiver vaga, eles vão te direcionar para as vagas na calçada! Como eu e meu marido estávamos com carro alugado, não foi um problema para nós mas se estivéssemos com o nosso carro, com certeza seria um problema. No restante, tudo ok, o café da manhã é bom também.

A frente do hotel e a entrada assustam bastante. Entretanto seu custo benefício justificam, se for para tomar banho ou dormir / descansar, compensa muito. Os profissionais foram bastante simpáticos e colaborativos. O estacionamento é basicamente na frente do hotel ("rua"), mas há um homem que fica a noite toda ali na frente, a recepção é "lacrada", mas deu tudo certo, meu marido ficou um pouco assustado no início, mas o quarto é reformado, as camas são boas o banheiro também, há iluminação e pontos de energia adequados, o café da manhã também é bom. Usarei novamente caso necessário.

Café da manhã é muito bom, a limpeza dos quartos deixa muito a desejar. Mesmo pedindo o cão se mantinha sujo, incluindo cabelo nos cantos do piso do quarto. Não limpam o chão e não lavam com limpeza pesada nunca pelo jeito, e entre os hóspedes não varrem o chão. Só trocam o lixo e arrumam a cama.
