Very loud people all night long not able to sleep , yup can heard people take a shower next door , loud noise of repairs during the morning , you have to request towels or the room to be cleaned after 4 days in the good thing is the crew was very nice , parking was very nice , don’t forget the extra chargers the add at the end of the day ,over all not able to rest when you are out all day not a good thing!!

The room was nicely furnished and clean but there was excess moisture on the floor and surfaces of furniture, from air conditioning condensation. Toilet would not flush solid waste. Front desk staff was absent. Security and housekeeping were doing extra work to compensate.

The area is a a little sketchy as there are a lot bars nearby. The security of the building is also not the best, when we arrived We were told that the opening glass doors had been malfunctioning. Therefore, the security guard would have to let us in and out, and then we would be closed in until the next person came in for their shift.

Just wrapped up a great stay at Olimpo Hotel & Suites and I’m already planning my return. The hotel sits in Miramar, one of San Juan’s most charming neighborhoods—think tree-lined streets, cozy cafés, and tons of dining and entertainment options within an easy walk. Parking was a breeze, which made coming and going stress-free. The location is seriously tough to beat: in just minutes you can be in Old San Juan, at Distrito T-Mobile for shows and restaurants, or lounging on gorgeous beaches. The property itself feels fresh and comfortable—quiet rooms, welcoming staff, and the kind of vibe that makes you want to extend your trip. If you’re looking for a base that’s convenient, relaxed, and perfectly placed to explore the city, I truly recommend this stay!

You guys are saling that not showing or the the offering, I have to many issues with the hotel and the rent car, the hotel are under remodelations the rooms isn't the room I selected unable to sleep for the entire night, ask several times to Orbitz to have a solution, no received a solution until around 10:00am next day fron the hotel, they transfer to another property the same thing so noisy, 2days in the morning and afternoon a barking dog unable to rest th loud music, not hot water no washcloth no hand towels a night with out A/C for the sheets derty she have an allergy or something bite her we don't know it's made me incredibly embarrassed to my wife due was our anniversary celebration, you was informed with all this issues, you can promote those terribles companies, please let me have an email where I can send videos and pictures, thanks

We arrived early and they were nice enough to take my luggage before check in time. When we came back, there was no one at the reception and I did not receive an email with the check in instructions, and I was not the only one. I tried to call them multiple time and got voice mail each time, they finally called me back and sent me the instructions. I had also try to contact them through Expedia before the trip but got no answers. The room and balcony are not as spacious as the pictures. The elevator looks great, but it’s sketchy and didn’t work half the time. The AC was loud, and it’s very not well insulated, we could was hear the other rooms. There was a room connect to ours by a door on the inside that we could see the light at night as well as the slightest sound such as a cough, talking or TV. The cleaning staff were nice and tried to help us. They did not seem to have any communication with management to answer most questions about our check in issues. I booked thinking I could hangout on the roof terrace, but it was closed… which was not indicated at booking, so I was disappointed. They did reach out by email asking how everything was going, they gave me a warm blanket and showed me how the shower works!

Staff was magnificent, but your rooms had mold, lack of proper ventilation, out of code socket for the split unit, wall and floor were wet, and to top it off your water pump in the roof was broken and the continous noise did not let is sleep. As I informed after I had to leavewas that adm. already knew and that I was not the first to complain. Shame on you guys. By the way I sent you guys pictures and videos ! And my husband to sick in bed for 3 days after that !

I made a reservation for 2 rooms. For myself and the other room under my friend. First of all, the rooms are not at all like the photos online. They are smaller and not as bright. I realized immediately that the floors were not clean bcz black soot got on some of my belongings that touched the floor. We also found a pair of men’s underwear behind the bathroom door, which also means the room wasn’t cleaned properly. My friends stay was a disaster from day 1. She did not have hot water for 1 day 1/2, and both the sink and tub were clogged up. Front desk was notified, but we realized that there isn’t actual management on sight, and all of our requests due to the issues could not be resolved promptly. My friend was not offered another room supposedly because the hotel was booked, and a technician couldn’t fix the water issue till the following day. Very inconvenient and upsetting. The rooms are not the value of what we paid. The following days, her hot water only lasted a short time while showering, and the tub continued to clog up and drain too slowly. The last day, the AC was leaking or condensation was so much that her clothing underneath the unit that was on a chair, was very wet and stained. The value of the clothing is much more than the total amount we paid for the stay. “Management” or whom ever texted me, never resolved the issue properly or show and kind of empathy. I deserve a refund for her room.

Fue mi primera vez hospedándose, el hotel y la habitación son bonitas. El ascensor no funcionaba y se me hizo difícil subir las maletas. Al ser mi primera vez había cosas que no sabía como funcionaban y un empleado no me hizo sentir cómodo, esperaba más cordialidad y empatía. El otro detalle era que las sábanas tenían pelo y manchadas. Por lo demás todo bien, el de valer parking muy servicial y una dama que estaba en el front desk excelente servicio
