Fantastic hotel. We stayed 5 nights at the grand Hyatt erawan, then 5 nights at grand Centre point prestige. Everything from service, to breakfast, to accommodating employees and great facilities was better. Better views, better pool, better food, better room. Definitely going back.

Breakfast restaurant hygiene is a big concern. i found ants on the tabke and napkins, and told the staff, the next morning i still found the anrs. Not only in one table, but a few. The Onsen got a big problem, two female found inside Male onsen area in the operating hours.
Good side, housekeeping staff and reception and luggage staff are very professional and helpful with smily face.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grande Centre Point Prestige Bangkok, and it truly exceeded all my expectations.
I stayed in Room 2123, and from the very first moment, I felt genuinely welcomed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately maintained, making it easy to relax and fully enjoy my time at the hotel.
What impressed me most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Every interaction felt warm, sincere, and thoughtful. Because I was so satisfied with my stay, I decided to extend my reservation — and this decision turned into an even more memorable experience.
To my surprise, the hotel prepared a small gift for me. It may seem like a small detail, but it showed how much the team genuinely cares about their guests as individuals, not just as room numbers.
Moments like this make a hotel stay feel personal and unforgettable rather than routine. This level of attention and sincerity is rare, and it left a lasting impression on me.
I am sincerely grateful to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and special. I would absolutely choose to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.
