It does not say anywhere that the place is self check in, and I was never sent information on how to enter the building, what room number I was, etc… ended up waiting outside in the rain for two hours trying to contact the property. No response… I had to chat with a hotels.com representative to finally get in touch with the property and unlock the door + give me my room number. When I finally got in the place was less than ideal. Signs everywhere threatening to charge a fee if you do this and that, extremely thin walls - you can hear everything, the one shower on the second floor had mold everywhere. I rarely leave reviews but this place seriously needs some fixing
