Our stay was 10/10! Everyone from the front desk (Bambi) to the pool staff (Nicholas) was super friendly and accommodating. This truly felt like an all inclusive resort with all the amenities you could want and need. Luxurious and yet family friendly environment. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious (we ate there all 4 mornings of our stay) and the poolside food/drinks were great too! Walking distance to City Place, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

This hotel was wonderful in the past, but was not nearly as clean and well taken care of this stay. Most employees were kind and helpful but the circuit driver for the hotel was rude. The coffee shop was being renovated and was being ran out of the bar area.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay in for its location and amenities. Great breakfast buffet, friendly staff and lovely pool area. The only problem I had was when I first arrived, the room allocated had a terrible view of a building site and half the window covered in film. I felt depressed when I walked in. It wasn’t cheap either at $600 a night. I asked for a different room but I had to pay an extra $40. That’s not too much but to be honest, I don’t think it should have been extra and no one should have that view. Just don’t use those rooms or at least advertise it as it was.
