People were smoking in the common room. No hand soap or shampoo in the bathroom We got a very thin sheet and it was col. We did not have any blanket. Location good.

The location is unbeatable, super close to nearly everything. Room was spacious and clean with everything we needed. I would stay again and recommend!

The room was in good condition. However the TV volume wasn’t working until I unplugged and plugged the TV again. And the hot water stopped working during my shower. I was given the wrong key code to the entrance door which resulted in me being locked outside at night. Overall, good experience 3/5.

This hotel is a ”no-staff-hotel. Urs they have cleaning staff and they make a decesnt job. If it wasn’t for them this hotel qould get a 1 in ratong. But there is no front desk, no staff you can ask for any reason. First the check-in procedure shall be done on-line before arrival (i almost missed that information). When completed rhey did not respond about the access (code-locks) until Hotels’com found a Whatsapp number. It is a shared apartment with individual rooms (and in my case a private bathroom very small). No glasses (not. Even plastic disposaables). I thougy I could borrow in the kitchen but everything is lockes there. Asi it is a shared apartment the room doors are nadlyviaolated so could hear everything from the other room. Unfortunately Hotels.com does not provide much information about this. I recommend everyone to stay somewhere else.
