This must be one of the worst hostels I've ever been.
Also, there was an issue with my booking (I let you guys judge who's right or wrong). Details at the end (long story).
Pros: friendly staff (except the manager), good location (next to metro, and supermarket), and in the quiet neighbourhood.
Cons: shower: doesn't work and broken. I stayed in two rooms and both have some issues. Noisy: the manager kept checking people in after midnight, in and out of the room several times. Room: no ladder for the 8-bed mixed room; they provided one chair for me to climb up (a chair is not high enough and very slippery).
Issue:
Both hostelworld and hotels had the same price for 6 bed mixed dorm, and I booked through hotels for point accumulation for 3 nights. When I checked in, they didn't have my reservation, so the male reception (very apologetic) moved me to 8 bed temporarily, and said would moved me the next day. No availability next day. But, on my last night, the female reception said I could now moved to 6 bed one. I said it's unfair as I paid 6-bed from beginning, and there is no point of moving on my last night, and I asked to be refunded for the difference.
The manager came and said my booking didn't specify how many beds (yup, this is hotels.com fault), and said it's my fault not booking through hostelworld. So, my argument is so the hostel can put you to another room regardless of how much you paid, and not on the equivalent value of

Convenient to the metro
Friendly staff, nice kitchen to hangout and meet people. Room was cold so bring an extra blanket. Really easy to get to tourist areas if you use the metro

Simply hostel
Check in and Check out is very uncomplicated and the staff was very flexible. The Bathroom was ok. The shower and the toilet seat was damaged but this is usual in a cheap hostel. The hostel is very near to the Metro station "Bologna" and you can reach the landmarks very fast. The only really annoying thing was that they didn't turn on the heating. I visited the hostel in February and it was really cold. I needed a jumper, warm trousers and two blankets to sleep.

Muy mala, llegue y practicamente el check in lo hice sola no habia nadie del hostel. Luego llego la persona que trabaja ahi y practicamente entro a la habitacion sin previo aviso para disculparse de q no estuvo en el momento en q llegue.Al notificarle que iba a cambiar de hostel el hombre mostro una actitud de enojo. Los comentarios que vi en facebook del hostel coincidieron en su gran mayoria. La limpieza del lugar es muy mala. No me senti segura en ningun momento. Tuve que buscar otro Hostel para no pasar otra noche ahi. La experiencia horrible. No lo recomiendo.

Not sure what to think at this point
The location was good, it was very close to the metro station, although the condition of the hostel itself was debatable. The staff I dealt with seem friendly but it was difficult to understand (trust) him ... on top of the language barrier, he was not willing to give me answers or explanations to my inquiry. The experience was ... interesting ... I'm indifferent as if it was good or bad.

Decent Hostel
A decent and fairly priced hostel, you get what you pay for, which is not necessarily a bad thing. If all you need is a bed to sleep on, this place is perfect, almost next to the metro station.

Average in term of facilities
This hostel is suitable for the students and backpaker tourist. Near the Rome public transportion services. wish this hostel could uprgade thier facilities in term of kitchen equitment and wifi service.

治安が良くバス1本でだいたいの観光名所に行ける
スタッフがものすごく親切そしてこのホテルに泊まってるお客さんも凄くフレンドリーで快適でした。
調理器具もある程度揃っているし歩いて1分も掛からない所にスーパーもあって便利で過ごしやすかったです。
またぜひ泊まりたいホステルだと思いました。

Find another hostel!
When I showed up no one was at reception and the door were locked. Another guest showed up 5 minutes later and said he got back from a wedding at 3am and had to sleep outside because he was locked out. Later that day they tried to kick us out again because they said they had no staff for reception and we had to leave until someone came back in the evening. The rooms were just passable (or maybe I was too tired to care) the bathroom was below standard, the beds were seemingly seldom made and they just gave you a set of sheets at reception (if you were lucky, you got a pillowcase, too - I didn't). If you are desparate and have nowhere else to stay the night, it works. But definitely find another hostel if at all possible.

Hotel eccellente per visitare Roma in tranquillità
Il soggiorno presso questo hotel è stato davvero molto bello. Il personale è molto cordiale e la gli ospiti molto educati. Poi si trova molto vicino a Piazza Bologna quindi è collegatissimo con tutte le principali mete turistiche, e non solo, della città.
