I had a great stay at Hotel Casa Collins in Miami. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The receptionist was very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. After I checked out, I needed a place to leave my luggage until the evening, and the hotel was happy to store it safely for me. That made it much easier to enjoy my last day in Miami without carrying my bags around. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a clean place with friendly service.

I had such a warm welcome from the staff, I knew immediately I had made the right choice with Casa Collins. This was as I barely got through the door! I also knew just from arriving that I probably wouldn’t want to leave, and I didn’t ! I felt so at home and had everything I needed for my weekend stay. The location is perfect, the property is beautifully and has tasteful decor. All staff were happy and accommodating. This is going to be my stay of choice next time I go to South Beach as much as I want to keep it a secret, Casa Collins deserves the credit.

I absolutely adored my stay at Casa Collins! The photos truly do not do this charming boutique hotel justice. The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and located in a fantastic area close to everything Miami Beach has to offer. The room was spotless, not a crumb in sight. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the heated bathroom mirror, large windows, and excellent storage organization. There is a mini refrigerator, but no microwave, so plan accordingly. The hotel provides two complimentary beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent for approximately $20-$25. The beach is only about an 8-minute walk away. I also recommend removing your shoes at the door to help keep sand out of the room. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location could not have been better. Directly across the street is a tourist activity center where you can book boat tours, jet ski rentals, Everglades excursions, snorkeling trips, and more. Walgreens is practically next door, and La Sandwicherie is just around the corner. Their dairy-free caramel iced latte is amazing! There are also countless restaurants, takeout spots, shops, and photo opportunities within a five-minute walk. Additional perks include outdoor seating areas, a smoke-free property, and the convenience of accepting both debit and credit cards for the required damage deposit and resort fee. I would happily stay at Casa Collins again and highly recommend it to anyone

where do I start? This place is amazingly beautiful super clean super advanced and technology. I mean it was one of the best hotels I’ve stood in out of all of South Beach. The location of Casa Collins is central and walking distance to so many options on Ocean Drive, Collins Ave and Washington. The hotel and room were very clean. The disadvantage I did find that when trying to get a hold of an actual person (while not being at the hotel) was difficult because I found the WhatsApp chat was AI generated with responses that picked up on key words, so I felt like going in circles with trying to ask a question. On the FAQs page of Casa Collins, it did note that room cleaning was completed every 2 days and "if you require additional towels, amenities, or a room refresh outside of this schedule, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist". Therefore, I thought asking for additional towels would be an easy request because we are not requesting a room clean outside of the schedule.... I requested additional towels via the chat and received a generic response as well as the response that room cleaning was completed every 2 days, I also asked a staff member and the responses I received made it sound like such an inconvenience to be asking for 2 extra towels. We were provided with 2 extra towels, however, it was made clear to us that it was an exception that these towels were provided to us outside of the 2 day room cleaning schedule.
