Great location, even better service...........
Stayed for one night on August 30th. Very convenient to EuroStar/Train station which is what we required! Rooms were small, but the beds were super comfy!!! I think the toilet was a bit haunted as it flushed when it wanted to. We didn't use the shower. Staff were so nice - they let us drop off our bags since we arrived very early in the morning. Also, when we told them we would be missing breakfast because our train was leaving before the kitchen would open, they offered to leave us some milk so we could have some cereal and fruit before leaving. Over and above service!! Hotel is appropriate for short term stays. It's not the Ritz, but location and service make up for it!

A hotel seniors should avoid
We stayed one night before travelling home and were a little disappointed. We are seniors and my wife has some mobility problems. They had put us on the fourth floor but changed it to the first floor on request. They have no elevator and just a narrow staircase and it was a struggle to carry 2 packed suitcases up one flight of stairs. The room was very small and I mean very small even for London hotels. The shower room was also very small. The hotel is fine for younger people but seniors should avoid it. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

Good choice
Excellent staff at counter. Great location right next to St Pancras / Kings Cross. They gave substantial breakfast in morning. Sometimes had to wait a few minutes for hot water. Overall I would recommend

Great overnight stop on the way to France.
I stayed here the night before catching an early Eurostar the following morning. The hotel was ideal, just across the road from St Pancras. My room was quite small, but fresh and clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and tried to find me an upgrade. I did pay an extra £10 to get an en-suite shower room. The hotel seemed well looked after and the room was well equipped.

Nice location, great staff.
Very close to Kings Cross and St Pancras, so easy to jump on the Underground or take the train. No lift, so challenge to get bags up to third floor. Small room but nice. Also very quiet. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff.
