This place is nice. Great atmosphere. A vibe. Comfy beds. Nice pools. Nice location. But the customer service is just terrible. The people are the front desk are so unfriendly. I had read reviews about this ahead of time but assumed it was nitpicking only to experience it myself. Breakfast is bare minimum, if you need to sleep in don’t wake up for it. If u can avoid having to speak to the workers there please do and enjoy your time. I tried to ask the lady how at the front desk how her day was and she was just so unfriendly. Can’t work in hospitality and just not have friendly banter. I watched her be rude to a resident and I didn’t think that would happen to me too LOL I met the coolest people at this place. Had to leave before my full stay Cz I ended up in a room with 3 old men and I am a young female. Management didn’t even follow up and I wasn’t even asking for refund or nothing. Again customer service on negatives. Also it seemed that the workers themselves have no communication amongst themselves. I ordered alcohol shots one day I was told it was $5 the next it was $7 by someone else. Lol

Unacceptable
At 7:00am, several construction contractors arrived at the hotel and sat outside on our porch and began talking. They were very loud and didn’t care who they were bothering. At 7:45am, they began carrying their tools and materials up and down the stairs into the room above us. Very disruptive. If a hotel customer is paying $450 a night, there should be no construction starting before 10am. Unacceptable

Our room was small and very simple. It was adequate. It was clean. It was a holiday weekend so prices were crazy everywhere. I understand that this hotel is generally one of the more inexpensive ones, but it wasn’t this weekend. Certainly not worth the price. However, on a normal weekend when the price is more reasonable, I would say it’s a fairly good deal. Pool area is very nice. Location is good.

Yikes!
My room was a dump. Floor was pulling up. A/C didn’t work. Dead-bolt didn’t latch. Bathroom/shower was sub-standard. I’m not a complainer so I just got thru the 2 days stay. The staff was friendly. The pool/courtyard seemed nice. But the room was really bad.
