My brother and I had an amazing stay here. The property was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a really nice breakfast that was provided each morning, which included freshly cooked eggs that they started making when you arrived. Was really impressed by the breakfast as it was much better than most hotels I’ve stayed at. This property was also in walking distance of all the activities we had in Istanbul which was really convenient. The best part was the staff. Everybody was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. All the staff members talked with us and asked us how our day was, and answered all our questions. The main front desk man even helped us book a taxi to the airport for the last day which was really helpful. All of them are great people and they will go above and beyond to help you in any way possible. Definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Istanbul. We will be back here next time we visit.

I had a wonderful experience at the Sultan Mehmed hotel. The moment I checked in, Mehmet was there to give me amazing feedback and information about my stay and sites to visit. Throughout the whole time there, Mehmet and the staff went out their way to make my time accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located in the Sultanahmet district, where many of Istanbul’s major attractions are. I highly recommend booking a stay at this hotel. I loved my stay at Sultan Mehmed. I had a small but comfortable room with a great shower. Breakfast was a feast of cold cuts, cheese, fruits, breads and eggs cooked to your preference and served by 2 delightful girls who couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel is a 5 minute stroll from both the Blue Mosque and Agia Sophia, the tram stop and various reasonable eateries. Mehmed, the owner, is a mine of useful and interesting information and it was a pleasure to be in his company. I would return to this comfortable and welcoming hotel in a heartbeat.

Das Hotel war richtig angenehm und in super Lage. Die Mitarbeiter, Can und Sabri, sowie Dilara waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurden keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Zimmer hatten keine Wasserkocher, aber es wurde uns auf Wunsch kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und bei weiteren Unter ehmungen wurde uns hier weitergeholfen.
