Older place with lots of charm and well maintained.
Right in the thick of Atlantic Ave yet quiet inside.
Breakfast is very basic and a HH at the bar and terrace would have been nice but overall a great weekend getaway.

Old, historic hotel…not fancy but very quaint with a lot of character. Great location on famous “Atlantic Avenue.” Temporary membership with nearby Cabana Beach Club is a great guest amenity. Comfortable siting areas inside & outside. Polite & helpful staff.

Great stay! Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were lovely and the history was beautiful. The property is very well kept and close to everything. We stayed at 4 hotels during our trip and this was my partner and I’s favourite.

Great old school hotel in a cool area, lots of good restaurants. Fun bar and front porch, decent continental breakfast, but the beach club is the best. Nice pool, great lunch (when open) and the beach is beautiful. Easy ride from the hotel, much better if you have a car.

Comfort in Delray
We loved this hotel and enjoyed the entertainment on the front veranda. Conveniently located between both the beach and restaurants with lots of choice for dining. Staff was great

Colony Hotel is in a great location - easy walk to the beach and all the restaurants. There is a comfortable front porch to sit and enjoy a drink or read. Breakfast is continental and basic, they do not have a restaurant. Free shuttle to the country club with private beach and pool with free umbrellas and chairs provided

We love old & quaint hotels. Lovely atmosphere, convenient free parking, great location on the popular “Atlantic Avenue” restaurant strip, & reasonable price! Minor problems: phone didn’t work and TV could only “scan” channels.

The property is in a great location - you can walk to all the restaurants, shops, etc. Love sitting on the porch listening to music and people watching. The Continental breakfast was yummy and just enough. The only downside is there is no pool at the property, you have to drive to another property for the pool.
