Weekend away
We picked this hotel because it was pet friendly and choose a king room. About a week or so before our stay we got a message that said only queen rooms were pet friendly. This information was not on the website. So i called to see what we could do and we either had to cancel and book the queen or pay an additional 60 clenaing fee to stay in the non pet friendly room. Needless to say i was not paying that. I just think they should make it more clear to customers. Overall the room was nice, spacious and fairly clean. The free breakfast was very good and lots of options. The pool was nice as well. Would stay again.

We were catching a flight at 8 am so left the hotel around 5. Disappointed we couldn’t get anything to eat before we left since it said breakfast was included with our room. Couldn’t even get milk for my tea or cereal because the fridge was locked. We were told there would be food available before we left for our flight. We stay here every year before our February trip but we may look elsewhere next year

Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast. We swam in the pool which was salt water and probably about 85 degrees. Carpets in rooms are a bit tired and could bear replacing.

Very modern, well managed hotel with high standards for cleanliness, service. Very nice hot breakfast provided as part of the room rental. Didn't use the gym or pool but both were available.

Rooms are very clean. Hotel has a theme of the RCAF with various historical photos in the lobby and room, which I found interesting. Although I only stayed 1 night im sure a multi night stay would be the same. Area is quiet.

Christmas in London
This is our fourth time staying at this hotel. We have always had good service and a comfortable, clean room. The pool is always well maintained and not too busy. The breakfast offers many options of good quality. The hotel is usually quiet. We like to stay here when visiting family in London and we will come back again next time we are in the area.
