We were there for the BTS concert. I can only imagine how busy they were but you would have never known it!! Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Remember that parking in NOT included. Granted, Louis, at the valet parking stand, was fantastic, friendly and on top of his game! The service at the resturant, Mexican Radio, was slow even though the resturant only had a few tables but the hotel itself was wonderful. Clean rooms, and spacious eith a great view! 10 minute walk to the Bean and Hero Coffee (higy recommend), 15 minutes from the Auditorium and Lake Michigan!

Great location, staff were nice and the beds and room were very comfortable. The only con I have is that the elevators seemed to take a long time even when it was not busy so lines developed quickly. I am not sure that they were all working. I also never found “the corner” where complimentary coffee and snacks are supposed to be. I never asked the staff either so that’s on me. Overall great stay!

The beds were low to the ground, and it felt like a futon. There were no drawers to place our clothes. The bathrooms were very nice and clean with a step in shower. However, my friend was treated poorly on the rooftop when she went up there for appetizers and a drink. She was asked to sit in the sun and move for another couple...very rude. We did enjoy the hotel restaurant. It was great and delicious, and kudos to Norma who treated us wonderfully.
