This place exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything which allows you to walk everywhere. They have everything you will need, even a kitchen kit with pods for the dishwasher and other essentials. We arrived a little early and was able to access the apartment when we got there. I do recommend you check-in prior to getting there, I didn’t so I had to complete this before entering the building.

We loved this place. The location is amazing, the apartment was clean, in great shape and very well equipped. Very spacious. We stayed one night with 2 kids and it was amazing. A couple of tips: it's hard to notice the building street number in the dark when you arrive, so they should have better signs. Also, they have lockers to store luggage, and not that many of them. On busy days, that could be an issue. Larger lockers would be better. Reception is not always occupied and it's hard to contact the office if there's no one at reception, so we reached out by chat, but it's also hard to know when they will be or won't be at reception - a sign could work.

This was an awesome location rt across the street from Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel. It was close to so many attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The only thing is it has a washer but no clothes dryer.

Last day staff open the door before time to check out, to clean the room, I stop her ! Then just at 11 am staff come again to tell me that I have to go in that moment ! We were 15 minutes late to the check out, not half hour, not at 1 pm. We leave at 11:15 am. Very rude staff,

The property itself needs a big upgrade. The walls has a lot of water leaking damage, the bathroom has smells and bathroom garbage can is broken, shower door is not tight enough and leaks water. There are cracks in a lot of places. Only pros is the location is excellent. Walking distance to a lot of places. The famous Botin restaurant is only couple minutes away and across from the apt is a huge open space ground that kids can play at night. I hope they can remodel and I will consider it again next time I come back to Madrid.

When we got to apartment the guy at front desk said we could get in apartment in 1/2 hour ( we were exhausted from overnight flight)& then we sat in lobby for 2 hours... w/ not even a car in lobby... just tell us it will be 2 o’clock. Then when we checked out another communication problem.. we. Sat and watched the desk clerk set up computer, take in trash cans ..... 1/2 hour later... asked what are we waiting for & he said oh you’re done????Reallly he could have said you are all checked out? Location is great but ...

We have 8 people in the 3-bedroom apartment. My niece got bites laying on the sofa bed. We got 2 sets (one bath wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body milk) when we checked in. Those are tiny 30 ml bottles hardly enough for one person for one night. Yes. We were told we can get more. But by the time we got back sightseeing the first night, front desk was closed. We had a tour and missed the front desk again today. So we have to go out and get toiletries. I think the apartment should leave us a bit more since it is for 8 people for 2 nights. Moreover, only one remote works, some lights are not working. The location is great but....

Great location but needs refurbishment.

The problem of our first night has been documented. Failure to review the room equipment before the guest’s arrival was an omission of the first order. We could not stay another night until the repaired the air conditioners. The second omission was the complete lack of any apology from the management; they simply blamed the Madrid councils decision to upgrade the exterior. That was nothing to do with our problem. The trainee staff at front of office were very good and understanding, offering us a bottle of wine because of our disruption. We had to move across to room 6B and after a review advised the front desk that the bathroom shower unit was loose, the tap switch between the shower and the bath did not work. There was no safe for valuables. Overall it is clearly in need of an upgrade. However we were able to sleep in peace. We insisted on staying put although we were advised that new guests we due in 2 days. Management eventually agreed we could stay. I have been in the travel industry for 45 years. It is a service industry. You need to know your property. Have a room checklist (and read it) so that missing sink plugs, broken tiles, poor finishing etc can be regularly dealt with. Room 5/10, Reception 8/10, location 8/10, Management response 4/10.

A localização é excelente. Infelizmente o elevador quebrou 2 vezes em 4 dias… o que foi muito ruim, pois estávamos no 6 andar, com 2 crianças pequenas e muitas malas. O que me leva a pensar que o elevador quebrado é algo recorrente. Fora isso, o apto é mto bom, e correspondeu ao esperado. Só não ficaria novamente devido ao elevador.

Ótima localização. Anunciam um horário de checkin presencial, mas no horário anunciado não havia ninguém na recepção e a porta estava fechada. Ficamos em um quarto para 4 hóspedes, mas o aquecedor de água é de acúmulo e insuficiente para 4 banhos.
