Clean, Friendly, and Affordable
We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Sevierville Convention Center. The location of our hotel was a quick 15-20 minutes and closed to a plethora of restaurants. Our room was spacious, the fridge was 3/4 size, and we appreciated having dishwater, silverware, and glasses. I appreciated the blackout shade and the friendliness of the staff. One area of improvement would been the soft was of the bed and pillow. I’m not saying it was on the level of a waterbed, but it was close.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was nice and clean. Although we didn’t mind the pet friendly atmosphere I do think that a floor should be set aside for people who are staying without pets because of the night time barking.

Rooms were spacious amd clean, beds were comfortable. Pillows were slightly too soft but that's personal preference. The staff was friendly and helpful about things in the area. Convenient location close to food, entertainment, shopping, Dollywood and highway access. In the warmer weather, walking across to the Island would be ideal as well as nearby restaurants and shops. Breakfast bar was great and good variety - coffee, hot chocolate and tea 24/7 near the reception. A small Convenience area was also available for purchasing snacks, water etc. The indoor pool is a great feature, as well as outdoor BBQ grills for guest use! Parking gets busy late at night but still available for free with a parking pass. Pet friendly and enjoyed seeing all of the pups out for walks. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Great experience!
Home2 hotels are my favorite when traveling. Always have the best breakfast, great room service and the check in process is always so quick. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean. Great location, just a few minute drive to many different restaurants and even walking distance to the Island in Pigeon Forge! Definitely recommend!
