I booked solo room for myself, room was great, decent view and AC worked great. Staff was friendly upon arrival, however there were a selective few who were not that friendly. Decent area, there are a log of homeless around the area... definitely wouldn't walk alone after hours. I saw a homeless laying and squirming around the street floor from my hotel window.

Staff was excellent. Property was nice, rooms were pretty small but comfortable and clean. My only gripe was the lack of a fridge or in room microwave or something. Not the end of the world, but definitely a small bummer. Neighborhood isn't as bad as others review, it's just San francisco. I just kept my wits about me walking at night and never felt unsafe. Would be happy to stay again.
