Estava com receio pelos comentários, mas foi maravilhoso, me surpreendi positivamente. Voltaria e indico, foi maravilhoso. Tenho duas sugestões, a primeira é no Food truck próximo à piscina ter a opção de hambúrguer vegetariano também. E poderia ter uma sorveteria mais próxima das piscinas. O ar condicionado ficava ligado 24h e tem toalhas na área da piscina para uso. Bastante opções de comidas, sobremesas eram apenas bonitas e pouco saborosa. Mas tinha sorvete que era muito bom e frutas.

Experience not worth the money
Japanese restaurant had awful service and terrible food, sashimi was in huge pieces and not small slices as it should be, also the salmon did not taste fresh, we had stomach ache after eating there. Sink in our room was broken and smelling bad. The shower did not have shampoo and soap when we arrived, did not seemed very well cleaned. Anything required in the room would take very long time and sometimes not answered at all.

Le service était déplorable alors que j’ai payé 480€ la nuit. J’ai voulu me faire plaisir pour une fois mais l’expérience n’était pas à la hauteur du prix et de mes attentes. Je ne vous conseille pas d’aller dans cette hôtel. Niveau qualité prix ça ne les vaut pas. Ils font tout pour que vous déboursiez. Et ils divises les gens avec leur Diamond club, ce qui vous fait passer pour un pauvre alors que vous avez débourser 500€ pour la nuit. Je reste sur ma fin.

Recomiendo al 100% la suite del diamond club (éramos 4 de familia, con dos hijos mayores). Sin duda compensa muchísimo la opción Diamond club (camas balinesas de calidad gratis en la playa…todo un lujo y confort todos los días). Te cambia la experiencia. Además, piscina y bar y poder desayunar en exclusiva delante de la playa a diario. Solo disponible en esta opción. Bebidas de marcas para los bebedores. Los mayordomos asignados súper profesionales y eficientes. Joel y Eduardo. Encantadores, educados y serviciales las 24h. Del día.te ayudan con reservas y con cualquier duda y problema q pueda surgir. Y lo solucionan inmediatamente. Checkin y checkout rapido en zona exclusiva mientras te invitan a comer y beber algo en el lounge exclusivo del Diamond club. Lo único negativo de la habitación: la calidad del colchón del sofá cama (lo solucionaron poniendo 2 colchones). La calidad de la comida del resort muy muy lejos de la de un hotel de 5 estrellas en España. La peor la del bufé de desayuno y comida de la playa: muy regular y repetitiva (lo mejor los zumos naturales y omelettes a tu gusto). La paella…sin comentarios… La de los restaurantes temáticos mejor. Playa (y en general el resort) con pocas palmeras pero con mucha zona de hamacas y camas balinesas en una playa muy bonita. Espectacular los paseos en la larga línea de playas.

The property is clean and attractive as expected with options to dining, bars and other activities but the service from the staff was below par, from the lack non English speaking for a tourist resort is unacceptable, the lack of effort to even try to help throughout the entire stay was so shocking. It’s hard to get a reservation at most of the restaurants and most of the food is cold. There is no staff member to explain how things work and even when you ask a question or two they are telling you to scan barcode and go to the app. The cleaning staff continued to put dirty sheets on the bed and even toilet papers which was never clean either. They make no effort at all to make sure the room is cleaned properly. I’m really disappointed about how poor the service and food was and the lack of effort on their part to even try to rectify the situation. The condition of the room was poor also, with broken light switches, broken bed and dirty floor and old deplorable furniture.

Vilmont Aristade who works as Concierge at Prime travel club was a true professional. Even though our check-in was not smooth, he makes sure that we are taking care off and reserved all our dinners. He checked on us everyday and show us everywhere around the property. A true professional and excellent worker who help us through out our stay!

Service wasn’t that good the first day but then I spoke to Dorito the supervisor and he took care of us and made sure that everything was perfect for us! We really had a great time.
