Time off in beautiful Niagara Falls with my lovely wife. Enjoyed Hotel Vittoria as it's so clean and well maintained. The staff are all friendly and very polite...we were treated like family, the ones that you like! Highly reccommend as a place to stay for one or more nights.

Affordable, great quality, convenient!
I got my schedule mixed up and needed an extra night somehere other than where I was staying for the week (which I had booked months ago). This was literally picked on our drive up to the border. It was a great hotel! I felt lucky I picked one out so haphzardly. Location is great because you have access to everything right outside of the hotel entrance - food, shopping, icecream, coffee, etc.

Misleading description
Misleading room descriptions. Booked a room marked at saving a KITCHENETTE button in reality there's no cooker/stove. Not good value for money and a big inconvenience. Had much cheaper hotel options in area with similar facilities. Front desk manager was most unhelpful and patronising when we proposed cancelling the booking in light of the missing cooker. Hotels should remember all their staff are in marketing and it is their attitude that encourages repeat guests. All guests should be treated with courtesy. Self-parking is locate too far awake (made worse by winter conditions) from the hotel and is expensively priced. Parking area had blacked ice and movement was hazardous.

Had an amazing time staying here, hotels seems to be newly renovated, our family had a very comfortable stay, even though the parking was not included but due to some handicap vehicles we were offered free parking in front of the building which worked out great
