It was great! Loved the rooms and the bar. Great style, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, etc. Tips: 1) extra blankets would have been nice, or a heavier duvet... I got a bit cold. 2)Advertise the free coffee, it's confusing in the morning.

First time was great.Second wasn’t.Will try again
This was our second trip the moxy. We had such an enjoyable time the first time that we were excited to go back. The hotel is new, cool vibe and they don’t charge a resort fee like all of the other hotels. The lobby is normally bustling (more on that later). Parking is offsite, but you can unload your bags at the door (no help) and then take your car to an Amazon lot next door. No big deal. Upon arriving this time, there was a big sign on the front door from the liquor board saying that the hotel had lost their license due to serveing a minor. I get it. I was a minor. But an email upon booking would have been nice. Perhaps this was a hotels.com thing vs booking direct. Whatever. We bought wine and drank in our room. The part that really made me pause was the noise that was coming from the room next door. The rooms are very small and obviously the insulation is thin. We heard everything from our neighbors next door. I finally called the front desk at 2 am. They said they would take care of it. I fell asleep and woke up at 4. Still going. Luckily I fell asleep and woke up very untested. My girlfriend on the other hand had to listen to a late night sex session before the noise stopped at 430. Anyways. I always give places a chance, and sometimes a second chance. I like the moxy and still would go back. My advice to you is to make sure you ask for a room that doesn’t join a group ( the sex was 3-4 people)

You could hear the loud ppl next door through the ceiling gap. They woke us up at 6 am with their loud conversations and voices.

Nice stay for a weekend getaway
The moxy was a nice, new hotel in SLU area of Seattle. The check in process was fast and the parking is close by. I dropped my car off at 6 pm on Friday and didn’t return to it until noon on Sunday and the charge was only $25. Another bonus was that the moxy doesn’t charge a resort fee like all of the others that we were considering. The room was very small, similar to something you would expect in New York. But the shower & bathroom was nice. And the smart tv was great. I like how you can login to your Netflix account and watch the shows that I had in my list at home. The prices were a little high at the bar. $11 for a glass of wine. For a bottle that is $10 around the corner at the convenience store is insulting.

Ok, good location but that's about it.
Overall it's ok. I liked the location but the parking situation is a bit difficult. The rooms are quite small but are pretty hip. Probably the biggest comment I have is that the sound isolation of the rooms is very bad. We could hear the person opening and closing the blinds in the adjacent room through the "wall." It seems like the walls are made of paper?

During the snow storm
Pretty neat hotel where the reception/check-in area is just a bar. You get a free drink token (there were 2 of us staying so 2 drinks in total) for the bar when you check in which is super wonderful. Normally there are good places for drinks and food in this area, but we stayed at this hotel during the big February snow storm. Almost all bars and restaurants in the area (actually Seattle in general) were closed, but luckily the bar at the hotel stay opened. The rooms are fairly small by North American standards, but functional, clean and neat. The bathroom is big compared to the size of the rest of the room. You get a huge TV with cable TV + Netflix/Youtube/Hulu etc. You'll need you use your personal account for content that requires logon.

Fun, hip hotel.
Great hotel. Very cool design. Loved the check-in cocktail. Paper thin walls and the beer body cream in the rooms though.

A fresh new take on what a hotel should be.
Small but an amazing room. Love the whole hipster vibe of the place. Very friendly staff and welcoming, comfortable lobby. Complimentary skittles and popcorn?!?! Amazing!

Hotel was closed , price on residence inn, which honored the reservation, could not be adjusted, even though the residence inn had lower rates , rude manager hung up on me

Nice hotel with small rooms
Nice hotel just a short walk from Lake Union and plenty of restaurants, shopping, and downtown. Rooms are small so just plan to sleep but they're modern and clean. Nice hang out space and bar in the lobby and all the staff were top notch friendly and helpful.
