Bait and switch

I was told there was a designated area for my dog and even an off the leash area if needed. There was nothing but a grassy strip on the side of the hotel that was not lighted or secure. It was covered in rat traps and god knows what else. I did not feel safe. I also didn’t know if there were chemicals there for rodents that could potentially hurt my dog. I don’t understand why the hotel is advertising pet accommodations when there is none. Idk why a 150.00 fee was charged. It’s criminal to charge 150.00 for “cleaning” and accommodations when there was none.
