I had a lovely stay at Boxotel and felt very safe staying here as a solo traveler. Staff was very friendly and helpful and parking was convenient. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the washer/dryer were an additional perk so I could return home with clean laundry. I took advantage of the in room massage on the last day of my trip and Jessica was fantastic! The location was very convenient and an easy walk to most places I wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee in the room was better than a lot of hotels and at the breakfast area was even better. Location was good with easy access to parking and a short walk to great dining options on St Denis street. We’d stay there again if it available the next time we’re in Montreal.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was a cool mix of modern & industrial with the concrete floor amd exposed pipes. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom clean with an amazing Rain shower head. We loved staying here and will definitely return. Definitely relieved we read past reviews from Expedia users since we hadn’t received the check-in email prior to arriving but once we called, all was smooth sailing thanks to Nabil (who even offered some great suggestions for places to eat and visit nearby). Overall, the hotel feels more like staying at a friend’s cool downtown condo with everything you need to feel at home (including ability to do laundry!). The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was fabulous. We parked at the CÉGEP du Vieux Montréal, which was convenient enough.
